Platform that prequalifies personal loan applicants through identity verification, OTP codes and income validation with Ecuador's Social Security Institute (IESS), then routes each application to partner banks to speed up approval.
The challenge
To speed up personal loan approvals, each applicant had to be validated before reaching a bank: identity, contact details and income.
What we did
- Applicant prequalification with identity verification.
- Contact validation through OTP codes.
- Income validation through Ecuador's Social Security Institute (IESS).
- Routing of each application to partner banks.
- Management dashboard with the status of each application, filters and Excel and PDF export.
